The Jewish Innovation
Our dream was to bring this show to Israel. To our great satisfaction we were approached by the English National Theatre of Israel, that expressed great interest in the show and bringing it to Tel Aviv’s leading stages .We are now in negotiations with the theatres in Tel Aviv for a week of performances in the beginning of July.
In order for all this to happen ,we are seeking collaborators interested in supporting our cause, whilst bringing a majorly entertaining , Jewish Themed show , straight from London’s West End to Israel.
The Impact
Bringing this show to Israel could also open the door for further Jewish themed shows in London’s West End . We believe that it is our duty , as young and active Jewish members of the community , to strive and strengthen our ties within the entertainment industry. We strive to establish our company as a place for integration , innovation, and a portal for meaningful theatre. We are very excited to give our actors the opportunity to visit Israel for the first time in their lives and perform in Tel Aviv alongside seasoned Israeli performers , an israeli dance ensemble and an Israeli musical theatre choir .
What Will You Do with the Money?
Transportation to Israel for our UK cast and the creative team is a necessity and of course we will need accommodation for us and our team .
The raised funds will secure our casts payment by the standard equity rates in the United Kingdom . We believe that it is imperative to acknowledge actors , musicians and theatre staff for their hard work . We would never allow our employees to work beneath the national minimum. Beyond that, the biggest expense for us will be the theatre hire and only with your support , will this be possible.
