Simply put, the Israeli Ministry of Health is ignoring the Medical Research done on Cannabis that proves cannabinoids kill cancer. They maintain that cannabis is “only for pain” and that “not all cancer patients need cannabis”.
We want to raise funds to:
- Sponsor an emergency Knesset session on the matter of medical marijuana licensing hurtles for cancer patients. The hurtles need to be removed.
- Collect petition signatures in support of above session.
- Hire experts from Israel and abroad to speak.
- Money to campaign: social media, newspapers, buses. Whatever it takes!
- Convince a hospital in Israel to conduct a study, and to fund that study so that it is completely independent of influence from Big Pharma.
Why? So that from now on, Israeli cancer patients won’t have to wait in line and prove all kinds of absurd health conditions in order to receive their medical marijuana licenses. The further along the disease, the more important every day becomes!
