There are dozens of Seniors in our Washington Heights community who are homebound and lonely. In addition they are at a stage in their lives where cooking is challenging.
We need your help to provide delicious and nutritous meals for Rosh Hashana, a time when many feel very alone and potentially hungry. The feedback from past deliveries of meals like this is so heartwarming, the Seniors feel cared for and respected.
Working together with the JCC of Washington Heights/Inwood, we are guaranteeing that every dollar donated will go directly to the purchasing of the food. Your donations will ensure that each senior gets a box of fully cooked food for the holiday.
