The High Holidays are a time of teshuvah, tefillah, joy, and renewed connection to HaShem.
We now prepare for Yom Kippur and then enter Sukkot — Zman Simchateinu, the season of our joy.
As we prepare to celebrate and stress about how we will be judged, or what our plans might be, Rav Dror asks us to remember the families among Am Yisrael who are worrying about something very fundamental: How will we put food on the table?
Every day, Rav Dror is in contact with people seeking help. For many, the struggle begins with the inability to provide food, clothing, and basic necessities for their children.
This is about Real Families. Real Needs. Right Now.
The Torah tells us, “You shall surely open your hand to him.” (Devarim 15:8)
As we ask HaShem for blessing, compassion, and abundance in the year ahead, we have an opportunity to extend those same things to another Jewish family.
Your donation helps provide struggling families with food and essential necessities for the High Holidays — giving parents relief, children joy, and families the dignity of celebrating Yom Tov together.
In previous years, our community came together to raise thousands of dollars for families in need. This year, Rav Dror is asking us to unite once again and bring joy, hope, faith, and trust into their homes.
Help Us Put Food on Their Tables
“Join me, help me to help them to put food on their tables.” — Rav Dror
Give what you can. Every donation adds up, and every family we reach matters.
Before we enter these holy days asking HaShem to look upon us with compassion, let us look upon one another with compassion.
May Hashem see the generosity of your heart, bless you and your loved ones with abundance, and answer your prayers for a sweet and blessed new year.
Donate today. Bring joy to a family. Make sure no one is left behind.
