The Maccabiah Games are Jewish Olympics held in Israel every 4 years following the Olympic Games. It is the third largest sport competition in the world and brings together the best Jewish athletes throughout the world to compete in Junior, Open, Master and ParaMaccabiah competitions.

I feel privileged to be able to go through rigorous selection and become part of Australian football team in Masters category. It is a tough competition and a lot of preparation is required to be successful at the Games.  I have been playing and coaching football through all my life and I hope to use my experience at the Games to further support and promote Jewish sporting values and traditions.

As with all major events, there are some monetary obligations for participants and every member must contribute a certain amount in support of the Maccabiah movement. It can be a great chance for you, our financial sponsor, to be part of the Maccabiah team and every dollar you provide will help in successful preparation and participation at the Maccabiah Games 2017.

Your support would not only greatly assist the team to participate, but you would be seen as a supporter of major and very important Jewish Cultural Event. Any contribution amount, big or small, is very much appreciated.
