The KOTU Centre is located at 39 Betzalel Street, Jerusalem since 2011. The KOTU Centre started as a grassroots type movement about bringing the rains back to Israel and ending the drought which quickly turned into the “GO TO” place in Jerusalem for tourists and locals after the enormous success of the Melech HaOlam (King Of The Universe) Project.
The first round of funding will go towards:
- Continuing current operations which include providing Shabbat & holiday meals, weekly Torah classes and guest accommodations for visitors.
- Finish the new design and printing of the Melech HaOlam flyers. (Previously printed and distributed 100,000) Expand flyer distribution and expand project into new media i.e. bumper-type stickers, ads in Torah Tidbits, newspapers, print media, web sites, social media.
- Improve KOTUCentre.com web site and SEO.
- Begin development of NoahideNation.org web site.

The KOTU Centre’s challenge will be to tap into the billions of non-Jews worldwide and introduce them to the 7 Noahide Laws which G-d had intended for the nations of the world to follow. The Noahide Nation web site will eventually be self supporting by members.
There is an urgency to get this done. Organizations currently attempting to attract non-Jews to understand, implement and follow the Noahide laws have been slow in reaching the masses. The people of the world are literally upside down in their thinking and don’t know what to think anymore. They don’t know who to listen to. It’s time that this information was delivered to the world properly as G-d had commanded to Jewish people to do.
As the director of The KOTU Centre, I have very special abilities that no one else has on the planet, and I will get the job done. People have told me continuously that prophesy doesn’t exist. I will now tell and prove to those people that they are living in the past. Prophesy has returned, as we are now living in Messianic times.
- On these two prior dates to 9/11, September 4th and again on September 7th 2001, I had two identical prophetic visions on both dates of airplanes flying into the World Trade Centers. I took no action publicly and I remained silent. The RESULT: World Trade Centers destroyed.
- In September of 2011, ten years later (yud י) a real miracle occurred. I saw and deciphered a message from the heavens of how to end the drought in Israel. That became the “Melech HaOlam” project. So in 2011, I took major action on this prophetic experience which proved to work. RESULT: the rains returned to Israel and the drought ended.
- On July 18-20th 2016, (Hei ה) I had 3 prophetic dreams, one on each day. In the first dream a major world changing event will take place on Monday, October 3rd, 2016. My interpretation of the second dream is that we are going to be fooled into doing something with leads to the third dream of buildings collapsing like an earthquake and the value of the the US dollar dropping significantly. RESULT: unknown
**The 3rd prophetic experience above can be stopped and reversed to reflect the actions taken by the people of the world by doing repentance Teshuvah, prayer Tefillah, and giving charity Tzedakah.
My professional career in event production and marketing spanned over 30+ years. Some of my clients included AT&T, General Foods, HBO, Citibank etc.
The key to solving the Noahide Nation challenge of attracting millions of non-Jews to become Ben Noach will be in the prophetic language used to reach the hearts and souls of the nations.
A portion of the money raised will go towards The KOTU Centre filing to become a non-profit organization. This will enable us to continue to raise additional funding as needed. In addition, funds will also go towards building out the Noahide Nation web site and The KOTU Centre web site as well. And of course monies for our Shabbat and Holiday meals in the community at The KOTU Centre, and continuing education programs and special events. This will help The KOTU Centre and its projects above to keep moving forward.
The KOTU Centre name is already well established. The KOTU Centre legacy already has FIVE couples who met here and got married. And THREE new baby girls so far added to The KOTU Centre family. Over 3500 people have enjoyed a Shabbat experience like nothing else in the world. I cook all the meals. My Curry Gefilte fish has become famous. The weekly shirium have saved lives. Jewish singles have a place to meet and schmuze.
The KOTU Centre is ready, now it’s your turn act, because it’s happening!
