Israel has over 27,000 registered blind people. Of these, only 250 are guide dog assisted. At Israel Guide Dog Center for the Blind, we train guide dogs and pair them with a blind or visually impaired Israeli.
In the next month, we will be joined by a new litter of adorable golden retriever puppies, and their mother can’t wait for them to arrive and be put to work! However, each puppy costs $25,000 to train, feed, immunise and house.
That is why we need your help! Help us raise $25,000 so all of the Israelis on our waiting list can be matched with a new friend, and can recieve the support they need.
