The Impact
People have most urgent questions, some of which are not so pleasant to ask. Some questions are too large or weighty to ask the local rabbi. Some people don’t have anyone to ask, or don’t know how to do so. And what happens when the rabbi doesn’t know? The pressing need for a Torah-true answer, a valid and complete, authoritative answer with sources and proof in a modern venue was heard by the Institute for Dayanim in Jerusalem. They created a website where people could get all their Jewish needs – forms and answers as well as a caring, warm, Jewish heart, information and insight, deep Talmudic discussion and clear, concise answers.
Rabbis and laymen alike find their answers here, in several languages – Hebrew and English, Spanish and French. Complex halachic issues are resolved, solutions to the most controversial and difficult questions are found. Questions are presented to the highest Jewish authority in their area of expertise and answers appear in a timely manner.
Questions pour in from the four corner of the world, from Jews who have no access to a Jewish community — from the Americas, Europe, China and Russia, even from Iran! We call you to join us to make this site even better – easier to navigate, better graphics, more rabbis to answer, more lectures and relevant information. Help us reach even more people!
