About Dahlia Road

Our music embodies our Jewish heritage, spirituality, and values, including peace, courage, kindness, justice, and respect for nature. We invite our audience to join in experiencing our roots — past and present. Singing in English and Hebrew, we create contemporary folk interpretations inspired by Jewish prayers, themes, and traditions.

Costs of CD Production

Our fundraising goal for this project is $8,000. About $7,000 will go towards production, which includes recording, mixing, and mastering. The remaining funds will be needed to cover:

Printing and distribution of CDs
Crowdfunding, marketing, and other fees

Since meeting in Alabama in 2013, Miriam and Turia (Dahlia Road) have been singing folk music for Jewish communities around the Southeast. Deeply influenced by their shared heritage and personal journeys, the duo created contemporary folk interpretations inspired by Jewish prayers, themes, and traditions. Dahlia Road is now excited to share their debut CD of folk music, sung in English and Hebrew.
