I cannot find my campaign through browsing – Where is my campaign?

Our mission is to help organizations and individuals raise money through actively using crowdfunding. That is, we help people help themselves with strategy, technology and exposure to their campaign. At any given moment, there are dozens and sometimes hundreds of campaigns on Jewcer and we want to make sure visitors are exposed to the ones that relate to their personal preferences and are active and supported by the community. Currently, we have, on average, over 2,000 people who visit Jewcer and most of them browse different campaigns. At the same time, we want to make sure that trending and/or highly active campaigns are rewarded with more promotion on our platform and get seen by even more campaigns.

This is why we require camapigns to raise at least $100 in every 7 days-period to stay “browseable” on our platform. In other words, people who use the different browsing methods (browse page, recommended campaigns, featured list, etc.) on the platform see only campaigns that have raised at least $100 in the 7 days prior.

PLEASE NOTE: If your campaign is not showing in any of the categories (due to any of the conditions above), it is still possible to access directly through the link that you created for it. You should contact people directly and get them to donate to your campaign and bring you back up in the lists. As soon as you raise over $100 (in the past 7 days), your page will appear in the browsing lists on the site.

If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact us at help@jewcer.com.
