Hi to all the Facebook friends who have liked my “Yiddish Songs for Children” page.
I wanted you all to be the first to know about my exciting new project—making my book available at no cost to the families and the children in pre-school, toddler, kindergarten and special classes run by Chabad. My book and the original lively songs sung by two young boys and accompanied by members of the Israeli Philharmonic have been very well reviewed on Amazon. Please take a look and kvell!
The book is a kosher “Sesame Street” kind of book with 14 original up-beat songs that children love! The themes of the songs are consistent with Jewish values: listening to one’s parents, appreciating nature, observing the Sabbath and Jewish holidays, giving charity, the power of a mother’s love and more!!
Beautifully bound, the hardcover book is in full color. The songs are in Yiddish, English and transliteration, so they can also be a Yiddish language teaching tool for the children and their parents.
However, sending these books out costs money, so I am inviting you to be part of this mitzvah, this great good deed. Please send any amount you are comfortable with, and with HaShem’s help, we’ll be able to send a book to every Chabad house pre-school toddler program in the United States.
Please make your check out to Mame-Loshn Production and send to same at 8914 N. Central Pk. Evanston, IL 60203-1915.
Your assistance is very much appreciated.
