We are bringing six leading food bloggers to Israel, from around the world, between September 2 – 7, 2012. The bloggers will tour Israel, experience its diverse cuisine and investigate the reality of the hidden gem of culinary culture available here. At the end of each day they will write about what they have experienced and tasted.

Israel has a rich blend of cultures and at the heart of our culture is food. We wish to take that integral element of every person’s life and display the unique blends of cuisine resulting from such a cosmopolitan society.

Taste of Israel’s idea is to showcase the multiculturalism in Israel through food. The bloggers will enjoy a week long “journey” through tastes, history, and the beautiful land of Israel. They will visit restaurants, wineries, dairy farms, markets, and more.

We believe that the influence these bloggers have will help create a shift in perception of Israel around the world.

Each blogger has more than 100,000 followers on Twitter and we hope that with a positive Taste of Israel experience these bloggers will, in turn, have make a positive impact on their audiences at home.
