– So far, the fund has supported the purchase of generators for residents of the Shaar HaNegev Regional Council, the purchase of pregnancy kits for Sderot, assistance to the residents of Kafr Gaza, food aid for the elderly of Ethiopian origin, mattresses, washing machines, electrical equipment for a shared kitchen, a facility to stay in a hotel at home, and the purchase of medicines. The terrible reality that has befallen us, many families are entering a terrible period that was unimaginable. In addition to the official mechanisms to provide a systemic response, the Shorsh Foundation team requests to establish an immediate aid fund to support the immediate needs of the families – housing, mental support, equipment and everything imaginable.

Your donations will allow us to provide the soldiers with an answer in the immediate term:

📌 Basic equipment for the reserve forces and soldiers in the field – bags, orthopedic military shoes, socks, towels, hygiene products and more
📌 Thermal clothing – coats, shirts, pants and socks for about 300 female and male soldiers in the combat areas
📌 Assistance to wounded soldiers coming from the front – close escort in the hospitals and response to immediate medical needs
📌 24/7 human response to professional, technical and emotional needs in the association’s HML
📌 Assistance in paying ShCD for reserve soldiers, who are not working during this period

In addition, we will give them together an envelope, which will allow them to adapt in the days after the fighting:

📌 Long-term mental health treatments for 100 soldiers and women who will return from the front, in a variety of languages and according to the personal needs of each soldier
📌 Living scholarships for 200 soldiers and women, which will allow the soldiers to ‘stand on their feet’ after the combat period
📌 Support, rehabilitation and assistance to the injured
📌 Professional assistance and accompaniment in rights extraction processes and any other professional help, by our array of professional men and women – attorneys, attorneys, doctors, CPAs, and more, at the same time as activating an emotional support array
📌 Establishing an emergency fund, which will allow us to distribute personalized scholarships to soldiers and female soldiers who need it
📌 Rebuilding the communities that were destroyed by the terrorists, building houses
📌 Hot meals for residents and soldiers
