Saving Jewish Lives is a nonprofit organization that raises awareness of the dangerous BRCA gene mutation which is prevalent in 1 in 40 Ashkenazi Jews. Our goal is to prevent BRCA related cancers by educating and encouraging people to get tested so they can take protective measures if BRCA positive. We have Mobile Counselors available to take calls to provide critical information about BRCA mutations and how to get tested. We fervently believe that all Ashkenazi Jews should be tested and we will provide financial assistance to those who cannot afford the test.
