If you’ve ever been to Jerusalem, then you know how extraordinary the Holy City is, filled with a long and rich Jewish history that dates back thousands of years.
One area of the city that has recently experienced a spike in interest and visitations is Har HaBayit (the Temple Mount). That’s why we at the Israel Independence Fund, supporters and friends are coming together to encourage more people to ascend to the Temple Mount and to enjoy our free guided tours.
With your help, we’ll be able to strengthen the Jewish connection to this holy site and insure free and respectful access for all who ascend in reverence to this unique, shared sacred space.
Our Story
Jews and people of other faiths from all over the world gather, learn, and pray in the holiest of cities: Jerusalem. The best way to explore this city and truly learn its history, is to walk the stone paved streets with the best storytellers…our knowledgeable and specially trained guides. They take Jews and people of all faiths wishing to go up on the Mount in reverence on a guided tour of the Temple Mount. Tour participants learn about the Jewish roots that began there thousands of years ago. This eternal Biblical narrative gains greater visibility when we have the means to continue providing these guided services.

Why Support Us?
The Temple Mount is the holiest site of the Jewish People. From time immemorial, it has stood at the center of our prayers and devotions. Our free guided services allow thousands of people to better understand the centrality of the Temple Mount to Judaism and the 3,500 year Jewish presence in the Land of Israel.
For the past three years, our guides have been teaching the Jewish perspective of the Mount’s Holiness and it’s true place in Jewish history. Your support will allow us to continue training our guides and to continue to provide free guided tours to any and all who wish to visit the holiest site in Judaism, third holiest site in Sunni Islam, and a holy site in the Christian faith as well.
