Cantor Rabbi Nasanel Carmen is a Musmach of Yeshivah Ateres Mordechai of Greater Detroit under the tutalage of Reb Areyeh Leib Bakst zt"l. He comes from a long line of Chazzanim, his grandfather being Chazzan Abraham Schachter in Detroit. He was very close to the late Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach, OBM, where he got many of the ideas of this service. Rabbi Cantor Nasanel Carmen has been Davening and singing around the world . From the United States and Canada to Israel and South Africa, Cantor Carmen has sung and officiated for crowds around the world. He sings all his own music, and is extremely creative in explaining and giving comentary on the service in a musical way. Cantor Menachem Kohn follows in his father's footsteps, and has a beautiful way of Chassidic Nusach and interpretation.
