In the face of an unexpected Israel-Hamas war
, House of Healing is committed to supporting the English-speaking community through this crisis. Our “Healing English-Speaking Israel Through Crisis” campaign is aimed at making essential healing therapies accessible and affordable for those affected.
Our Mission:
Trauma Recovery & Healing : Our primary objective is to provide accessible trauma recovery and Healing options for English-speaking soldiers and civilians who have been impacted by this crisis. These therapies encompass traditional talk therapy, hypnotherapy, reiki, craniosacral therapy, art therapy, coaching, TRE exercises (Trauma Releasing Exercises), reflexology, acupuncture, and various other modalities.
A Message of Solidarity:
As the Israel-Hamas conflict has taken an unexpected toll on the English-speaking community, we stand with you. Many individuals are faced with challenging decisions, feel more alone now than ever and have even considered the possibility of leaving their beloved Israel. Our mission is to provide the support our English speaking community in Israel needs and to help support them on the ground in Israel.
Goals and Impact:
Fundraising Target: We aim to raise 250,000 shekels to fund a minimum of 1200 trauma recovery sessions for individuals in need.
Access and Affordability: Your contributions will enable us to make these healing modalities accessible and affordable, ensuring that no one is left without the support they require during these trying times. Our team of therapists have agreed that any sessions for clients affected by the war will be at a discounted rate of 50% off the normal rate for their treatments. Meaning if a session typically costs 400 shekel, any treatments paid for by this fund will be treatments at half the price – 200 shekel.
How You Can Make a Difference:
By contributing to this campaign, you play a vital role in ensuring that accessible and affordable healing is available to the English-speaking community. We will announce that this fund is open to any civilians and/ or soldiers affected by this crisis and they can pay whatever they can afford. If the treatment price is 200 shekel, and the client can pay 100 shekel, then an additional 100 shekel will be taken from the fund to pay for the outstanding balance of their treatment. This will give them the opportunity to utilize as many sessions as they need at an accessible rate. If clients aren’t able to pay at all, then the entirety of the session will be subsidized by this fund.
Join the Community:
We invite individuals and communities worldwide to come together in solidarity and support. Let us unite in our commitment to help the English-speaking community during this crisis.
