In Jewish tradition, chesed—lovingkindness—is not optional. It is the lifeblood of a compassionate society and a sacred obligation we carry in our hearts.
The Emunah Project Inc is answering that call by working with a grassroots organization in Israel to heal two broken worlds at once: abandoned dogs and people struggling with the ongoing pain of war, stress, and emotional trauma.
In the face of instability and suffering, we are creating hope—by rescuing dogs who have been forgotten, neglected, and left to fend for themselves, and training them to become support animals for those in deep emotional pain. Each dog is carefully matched with individuals who are navigating the aftermath of war: orphans, wounded soldiers, and families torn apart by trauma.
These dogs need urgent medical care.
These people need emotional support, comfort, and connection.
And together, they offer each other something truly holy—healing through love.
This is tikkun olam in action: repairing the world one bond, one soul, one life at a time.
But we can’t do this without you.
We are turning to our community to ask—from the depths of our hearts—for your help. The cost of veterinary care, food, shelter, and the delicate process of matching and training is high. And right now, the need is urgent. Every day we wait is another dog without a home, another child or soldier without hope.
Please don’t wait.
Your donation today will save a life—and maybe more than one.
Give with your heart.
Let us fulfill the mitzvah of hachzarat nefesh—restoring the soul—together.
