Enminutos is a website that consists of learning videos about contemporary Jewish topics for non-observant Spanish speaking Jews. In order to engage them to learn Torah in an easy, quick and trendy way, and bring them one step closer to their roots.
We want to be the biggest and most important learning website for Spanish Speaking Jews. By connecting with people that don’t have much time to learn or engage themselves in the study of Torah.
As well as, creating an easy way for these individuals to find interesting, meaningful and quick videos to learn from.
What do we do? Inspire Hispanic Jews to learn Torah, keeping them connected to their roots and educating them in an innovative way.
How do we do it? We make very short and engaging videos
Whom do we do it for? Hispanic Jews that are interested in learning something meaningful but can only commit to 2-4 minutes of learning.
What value are we bringing? Our videos will be made and edited by professionals. Our speakers are well known Rabbis and speakers in the Latin American Jewish world, and the team behind enminutos has experience in Entrepreneurship, tech startups, corporate world and non-profits.

enminutos.org was born when we realized the lack of short and interesting Torah videos in Spanish available online. I personally had this problem when I wanted to learn something about the weekly Torah portion. I had very little time on my hands so I started searching online for short videos that would teach me something that I could take with me throughout my day and week. The more time I spent searching the less time I had to learn. When I realized I spent a few minutes looking for a short video and nothing came up in my native language, Spanish, I decided to start enminutos!
We the Jews believe that every Jewish soul is extremely precious. The Lubavitcher Rebbe sent emissaries all over the world; even where they were only a few Jewish families, for them to have everything they needed to keep the Jewish commandments (Mitzvoth), be able to pray with a Minyan, have Kosher certified food, and be able to learn about Judaism.
There are approximately 525,000 Jews that speak Spanish, how can we even ask if there is a need? If for a few families it was worth sending an emissary to go live in another country with another culture and language, there is no question that for more than half a million Jews its worth it to make this website and give them a chance to learn.
We conducted thorough research to know how many Jews actually speak Spanish. With the help of Dr. Ira M. Sheskin, Professor, Chair, and Graduate Program Director from The Department of Geography and Regional Studies, University of Miami, and editor of American Jewish Year Book we were able to know how many Jews speak Spanish and what country they come from.

Our cost to make, edit and market the videos is approx. $400 per video (subject to change)
Equipment: we already have $2000 worth of equipment that includes, cameras and accessories to make the videos.
