My father was unlawfully placed on hospice after he refused it as a competent man even though his doctor properly wrote the hospital discharge order in accordance with Dad’s refusal. No terminal diagnoses existed for him.

The next day a large hospice corporation unlawfully signed him up without his informed consent before they even saw Dad. This was unknown to me until after his death as I was away at school.

Dad never got the treatments he wanted and recommended by his hospital doctors. Then hospice administered lethal drug cocktails with morphine despite him not needing pain medication in the hospital.
